The show must — and will — go on.
Singer-actress Lucie Arnaz is finally bringing her cabaret show, “I Got The Job! Songs from My Musical Past,” back to 54 Below in New York City after four years of frustrating delays caused by the COVID pandemic and then, last year, emergency knee-replacement surgery.
Now that she’s fully mended, Arnaz will perform the show, again accompanied by musical director/pianist Ron Abel, at that same Manhattan venue July 19-22 — almost the exact dates she had in 2019.
Our once-in-a-lifetime Kenya adventure is coming up and and I couldn’t be more excited to spend this incredible time together with you! February 10-19, 2023 with Craftours. We have the most fantastic lineup of memorable experiences through the heart of this beautiful African country, from an elephant orphanage and giraffe sanctuary, to traditional craft experiences and safari drives, and even a special cabaret performance by yours truly in the heart of the jungle! I mean, I’ve heard of going outta town, but this is something else all together!

It was gut wrenching …
The Actors Fund recently announced the 40th Anniversary reunion benefit concert of Lucie Arnaz’s 1979 hit Broadway production of “They’re Playing Our Song.” The concert, to be held on Monday, February 11th at 7:30 pm at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th St), will star the original Broadway cast members Lucie Arnaz as “Sonia Walsk” and Robert Klein as “Vernon Gersch."
I could not be prouder. What an accomplishment!!
It’s been a long time in the making and we had to fight through a lot of “other thinking” for a few years, but, it was all worth it for look what it has birthed. Congratulations, Jamestown. I know your first daughter is smiling down on you.
And I will be there to party with you August 4th at The Willow Bay Theatre with my new show, “I Got The Job! Songs From My Musical Past!”
